David and Victoria Beckham Expecting a Girl
David and Victoria Beckham are expecting a bit baby girl, Folks reports. And after three sons, this may be the first time the couple is going to be decorating with pink.
"Obviously, we're very lucky to be expecting once more, and this is the first time I'm going to say it: It is a bit girl," Beckham revealed at a L.A. Galaxy fan luncheon.
"We're still in shock. Naturally, having 3 boys, you kind of expect an additional one, so locating out just a little girl is in there is surprising, but, naturally, we are over the moon," he added. "Our three boys are happy and excited, and Victoria is performing well."
The Beckhams confirmed that they were expecting an additional child in January. The baby girl is due in July.
The new addition to the family will join 3 huge brothers, ages 11, 8 and 5 years old. "Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz are extremely excited about the arrival," the couple's rep said in January.
When interviewed by Me in mart, the former Spice Girl said she didn't yet know the sex but would be happy with either. "We know what to do with boys. But, if it's a girl, we'd be over the moon also."
Her soccer star husband also expressed excitement over the prospect of having a girl, telling the British press back in 2009: "I truly want far more youngsters and I hope it happens soon. I want just a little girl. That would be remarkable.
